I have 3 dck plus my own son that have been showing lots of interest in the potty lately. They range in age from 19months-2.5. I have never attempted to train this many children at once and wonder if its even possible...Should I do the older ones first (they show the most interest, are girls and would probably train faster) or do them all at once? I dont want to discourage any of them, especially my son.
Any ideas on where to begin!?

I start with the oldest since I use a seat on the toilet and not potties then I can only do one at a time. Then give each a chance to set and try if they want. Over the first week of training you will figure out who is actually going to go, who holds it the longest after nap, etc. and figure out an order. Those most likely to have success getting on and going go first. Those that have to sit for awhile to go get on second and those who are just pretending to train go last and we hope for a success from them but if they are already wet no big deal to still sit for a bit.

I am exactly the same as you are. 3 kids as well ages from 15 to 21 months. The 21 mos ask often to go to the potty. The 15 mos asks occasionally (maybe a couple times a week to "pee pee" and actually delivering) and the 17 mos just follows along (she never asks, but she will pee or poop sometimes after seating her after nap). What I have done is outside my gated play area have 3 potties. If they are inside the gated area they still can see if one of them is in the potty and I can watch kids in and out the play area. When the oldest wants to go usually the others want too (the younger ones deliver sometimes).

i love doing more than one child at a time... I find that the peer pressure moves things along a little faster

I am helping a boy and a girl train right now and I agree that it's great when you have at least 2 training at the same time so they can be excited at their success together. I have the little boys stand at the toilet which is low (thank goodness, it's perfect) or use a ring if they have to poop and I have a small potty for the girls to use.
