One of the dck is bilingual. I am terrible at French, but have retained a small amount from my very long ago school days. Often I will say to the dck "vite, vite" (quick, quick) to help motivate the dck up the stairs. Today my own child (who is 20 months) said to dck "feet, feet" and pointed to her own feet, as we all went up the stairs. Cracked me right up! I guess it does sound similar :laugh:
