So again I'm posting about the same dcg that won't listen. So now it is quite time. I put her on her cot but she refuses to lay down. I tried helping her and she swat at me. Now she is just bawling. Do I just let her bawl... I not used to a toddler that doesn't lay down for quiet time... I feel bad for her because I know of she laid down she would fall asleep but she's been sitting up bawling for almost 20 min.. Help...

You lay her back down - a THOUSAND times if necessary. Get a stool, sit there and put her back DOWN on that mat every time she sits up.

And limit the talking and eye contact while you do it - give as little interaction as possible so she doesn't turn it into a game and way of getting attention.

I do exactly the same thing as stated above. Let her know it's your way and there is NO other option. No negotiating or talking or manipulations on her part will work at daycare, period. You can use this for naptime, mealtime and playtime - ALL THE TIME!

I agree 100%! Your rules cannot be optional or chaos ensues!
