Quebec Home Daycare

Does anyone know what the regulations are in Quebec for opening a home daycare? Can anyone point me in the direction of online resources?
I can't find very much info and I am starting to reeally appreciate the support and guidance given by the CCPRN as I realize how much I rely on their resources.
