DaycareBear survey and "free" christmas gift?

Has anyone else been asked to complete a survey for dcbear today? It says it's 4 questions and then you get to receive a free christmas gift if you pay the shipping.

Is this a scam or legit?

It took me to a site called bidou....I googled it and it's one of those fishy bid sites.
