Received this today and cannot believe it:

Seriously??? I don't even know if I should bother responding. I think I will say something like "My rate is xxx which covers the quality, experienced care that I provide, the arts and crafts materials and the breakfast, lunch and snacks which are made from healthy organic foods."

I would just respond that you don't offer "cheap" daycare as cheap is a reference word for low quality which you don't offer. :glare:

I would respond exactly with what you said. Some people don't really get it. By telling her what all you have to offer for your rate might make her think twice about what she will get for cheap
