Vacation!

Good afternoon ladies,

I havent posted to the forum in awhile, so I am here today :) I just wanted to see the consensus on how you all charge for vacation. Do you charge if you as a DCP go on vacation, or do you charge if your DCC is on vacation?? Do you charge for holidays to yourself as well?? Let me know as I have been charging if I take vacation and I get paid on holidays

Stat, I am closed $20

I charge full rate for child's sick days. I offer $5 off a day on days the child is on holidays. Days I close for sick or holidays I don't charge. All stat days are charged at a full rate.

The only time I don't charge full fees is if I am closed (other than stat holidays).

everyday is paid unless I close due to my sickness

I charge full rates if child is sick, on holidays and stats- I have 6 paid personal day if I'am sick/or take a day off, per year.
I also have 2 full weeks paid vacations- Most parent tell me I deserve it, I've never had a parent have any issues at all.
