Albert child, adult ratios

I am from Alberta and am running a private dayhome. When researching ratios and ages I have been given a variety of answers. I do realize private versus with an agency is different but would like to follow agency standards.

Can someone from Albert please confirm the ratio for me and age restrictions.

Private dayhomes can have up to 6 children not including their own. There are no age ratios.

Agency approved dayhomes can have 6 children including their own. Agency approved dayhomes follow the age ratios of 2 under 2 and 3 under 3.
