Best way to advertise for openings and for getting new DCK

Just curious what way you find is the best way to advertise for openings and which way has been most successful. Is it on sites like these, personal web pages, etc.

I get lots of enquiries via this site so make sure you keep your listing up to date on daycarebear. I always advertise even if I don't have an opening because we never know when things might change.

I also have a website and am listed on google places so if people simply google Daycare in XXXX my site usually always comes up in the top 3. When naming my daycare I made sure to choose a name with a first letter close to the beginning of the alphabet so when results are done alphabetically I would always be one of the first.

Those are my 2 majority routes that parents take. I do not advertise on kijiji as I tend to get bombarded by "crazys".

Word of mouth is by far my best advertising. I always have parents recommending me and usually have 2-3 families in my care that know each other.

2nd best is a local forum website that also has classifieds that I keep an ad on all the time.
