Rent space in a school for daycare

Has anyone rented space in a school for a daycare? What was your experience? Do they rent the space out to you while you're waiting for your licese? Do you arrange the rental with the school, or with the school board. My friend and I would like to open a daycare in a school, in Toronto. Thank you!

If you are in Ontario then you will need to become licensed. I would direct your questions to the ministry of education. They are the ones who regulate licensed facilities.
