Not sure if I'm a genius (lol) or just really slow in figuring this out!! Ha, definitely not a genius. Anyways, I have a nap room with 3 year olds in nap mats, and 2 year olds in playpens. The ones in playpens are always looking out the mesh, talking and trying to wake the others up. Usually the playpens have 3 sides that are solid and 1 mesh wall. If that's the case flip the playpen so the wall is touching the mesh side so the child can't see out. If you have more mesh, or even crib bars then hang a blanket. You can safely tuck the blanket in and this prevents them from socializing. That is unless they stand up! Lol it's not fool proof but today it sure worked! Yippee!!!

Someone posted on the forum a link to someone that makes a cover specifically to cover a packnplay. The idea behind it was to save constant cleaning with the idea you could take it off and wash and put back on. But it would also do the hide from others trick too. Forget what section the link will be under.

Wish I had more space in my room to allow more room between the kids but we work with what we have. Glad you found a solution.
