Opening Private Daycare in Fort Ricmond area (Winnipeg)

Hi. currently I don't live in Winnipeg but am looking to relocate and purchase a house come spring. Can anyone who lives in Winnipeg let me know if there would be a demand for a home daycare in the Fort Richmond area near the Fort Richmond Collegiate and Acadia Junior High?
I currently run a home daycare now and have for 15+ years. Any info would be great! Thanks!:)

As far as I've seen, I think the only one of us from Winnipeg is AmandaKDT. From what I understand, it's very similar to Brandon, as in a shortage of quality daycare everywhere.
