Bill 10 clarification

Hi ladies,

everything I have read lately, here and in other groups suggests that Bill 10 is pretty much passed and will becoming into effect between fall 2015 and Jan 2016?

Is this the case? What has happened that it is passed but not officially announced?

I would like to be able to understand and explain this.

It is still in process. Actually third reading will happen in the legislature on Monday, Dec 1. Then it will go from there to be written into law with dates for when it will apply attached to it. You can watch the legislature on your computer either live during the day or a rebroadcast later in the day.
