Hi everyone!

This community was created for all of YOU. Childcare providers are often isolated and this Forum is meant as a place to support one another and a tool to pass on knowledge.

Just a few quick reminders and thoughts:

this Forum is a place for sharing thoughts and opinions, be they positive or negative;
stay open-minded, try to be helpful, and be supportive as needed;
members have a right to disagree, express their feelings, and vent!
however, we would like to remind everyone to behave as adults;
avoid being blatantly abusive or disrespectful (i.e. bullying, humiliating someone on purpose, calling someone derogatory names, cursing at them, etc.);
simply giving a dissenting opinion, pointing out inconsistencies or believability in a story is fine;
if an argument gets heated and you feel isn't constructive anymore, simply walk away, there is no winning or losing, just different points of view.
report posts that you feel are clearly out of place;
we do not like censorship, but we will close threads / remove posts when we feel necessary, warn members who cross those lines and ban them as needed;
moderators are just a few clicks away.

Thank you all !
