I'm reading 2 under 2 but what is the rule for having children under one. Can you have two. Live in Ontario. This bill is giving me pause. Thank you ladies.

The under ones would count in your 2 under 2. You can only have 2 children under 24 months in care at any time.

Two under two means no more than two children aged from 0 - 24 months.
