i just read that children between 10-12 is not counted till 2017....
ok is the 2 under 2 rule in effect now??? or when will it be official??

2 under 2 has been in effect since August.

Ages 10-12yrs don't count till August 2017. The 2 under 2 rule and counting your own children under 6yrs came in effect this August 31, 2015. But if you have had all your daycare kids in your care before December 4, 2014 then the rules don't apply till Jan 2016. If new kids came into care after dec.4,2014 or are starting this mth then U have to follow the new 2 under 2 rules :)
