What are some good ideas for Valentine's Day gifts for kids (especially little ones) that are not too expensive and do not amount to just handing them a ton of candy?

Happy Valentine's Day! I made heart shaped cookies and some crafts to take home. I'm on a super tight budget, otherwise books would be a good idea. Cheap craft/gift-I cut hearts out of clear apple cider jugs (white/clear milk jugs would work too), the kids glued on tissue paper bits and attached yard=suncatcher to hang in windows.
