Where to send parents to write reviews

Good afternoon ladies,
I am looking for some answers as to where I can send my previous and current parents to write reviews for me. On my profile next to Parents Reviews ( I currently only have one) it says, "Can't Review this provider for now...".
Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, how do I fix it? I have tried emailing to find answers but have not received any response.

Just as an FYI, the service from Daycarebear is terrible. I waited well over a month to get a response to my missing reviews. I guess that's what you get with a free service.

I imagine although the waiting is frustrating, they are the only ones who can help you with this.
