    Hi there, i am starting up a home daycare this fall and just beginning interviews with prospects. Should i have certain documents prepared for the interviews or are they usually more informal? Any suggestions of things to have ready, etc.? Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!

Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
