  1. needing help in a problem I am having,? I have a parent with two children , and they have had a discounted rate for over a year, now they are needing subsidy. Which is fine I had said verbally that we would have to go to the full rate. when it would kick in, but then there was a mix up of rates with the parent and subsidy. so I email them a rate based from this. I have let that slip by for three months, they are late 1/2 hr Sometimes more. I have not asked or mentioned there is a late fee, I know my fault.) only because they were going through family issues.
But now as they subsidy back dates you to the starting date , the parent has paid there discounted rate for those two months, but nothing extra for lates.
I did agree to a little more from the parent , with out really closely looking at how much they are saving,
They asked and wanted the money, I have lightly said no. My question is am I within my rights to do this?
    Please help with advise!?
