Lisa Martchenko

Hi my name is Lisa Martchenko and I have been a Registered Early Childhood Educator for the last seven years. I have a valid CPR and First Aid Certificate. I have worked with infants, toddlers, preschool, school age and special needs children.
My goal is to inspire curiosity and build motivation to learn. Maintain a program that is focused on the fundamentals of how and what children learn. Therefore support and guide learning as it emerges, naturally. Teach language, counting, social, physical and self help skills through various age appropriate activities. I offer daily information reports, semi annual progress reports, accomodate to individual needs with one on one and group interactions.
I am a patient, understanding, nurturing, consistant and empathetic person who has a great affection for all children.
I have run a home daycare for 4 years and have excellent references from parents I have worked for.
