It also depends on you. I don't remember the name of mine but is something used at the hospitals.
Usually in childcare it is suggested to use the 100:1 solution mix (100ml water with 1ml javex or clorox) or if you want to do it stronger is 100:10 (usually recommended for mouthed toys or bathroom cleaning etc)
I have two sprayers one for wiping the tables used everyday which is usually the light mix. And the second mix I use it when I disinfect toys or surfaces at the end of the week (I use the hospital mix at the end of the week it has a strong smell kind of alcohol I'm sure nothing survives to that one)
Please note: Never, never spray with children around or close to them. We have a routine after arts we move on onto the circle time area (while children explore books), it gives me enough time to clear the table a quick spray and wipe and let it dry. I also have a especial rag just for the solution so I can do quick wipes (ex. Spill accidents etc). I use the strong spray when disinfecting the bathroom thoroughly every end of the day.
Be also aware that there are ways to use natural cleaners and some parents prefer that but I follow health practicioners. Some caregivers are more practical they use lysol wipes or disinfectants which is also ok.
A natural friend uses only vinegar which works for her or a mix of essential oils and castile soap but, sadly those options are not registered in health practices. Some use only blue dawn soapy water too.
I take super extra measures because I have children with allergies.
Find one disinfect that is most convenient for you.
