Change Table - Folding Option?

I have a home daycare, and limited space. The rooms we have for daycare are: mud room - for the messy stuff - crafts, daycare entrance, meals, change station; and the play room. There isn't enough space for the tables in the mud room, so I want to remove the change table, but i still do need it. Is there a 'nice' looking fold down option, that is also long enough for a 3 year old? Also, would it be acceptable to have a fold down placed at the eight of the washer, so it folds down over the washing machine to save space?
