PLEASE HELP OUT ( What police check needed for homecare)

Hello everyone,

I am currently based in Toronto Ontario and planning to operate my home daycare (unlicensed/private). I have looked around a lot and gathered some of the essential information. However, I am really really stuck as in what police sector screening I need to provide as a Police background check to my potential clients.
I have worked in daycare before and the licensed agency (employer) usually provides you the vulnerable sector screening form to fill up and send to Toronto police services. But here when I open the option they say this option must be done only through the agency.

I am so much confused. Please help me out.
