I have 2 houses on my property. So can i use one of the houses for family child care and it has full bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room. I will live in the other house. Do you think it is okay to that?

I would check with your local Early Years Department. Here, no it's not allowed. Here, a day home has to be in the provider's main residence. Any other building means getting a license and being a centre.
Check with your License Person and they will come out to see it. It may be fine after you do some work on it to bring it up to the Fire inspection requirements.
I'm not sure that information is correct. I know a couple in Kingston who own a house and a remodeled church. They had a random inspection and weren't cited for it, so I'm assuming it's fine as long as you stick to the CCEYA regulations. Dad runs a daycare in the home and mum runs one in the church. I also know a woman here in town who has rented an apartment for the sole purpose of a home daycare.
