Hello,
Our son goes to Garderie Etolie Du Jour at 473 Ste. Catherine, Montreal, Quebec. They are refusing to give us the Relevé-24 slip with some excuse or the other. We have been asking for it for almost 4 weeks now.
I want to know what action we can take against them? We are paying $40 a day for the last 2 years. We have to get the slip to claim the refund. Looks like these people are trying to cheat us. Please help.

I've been at the same daycare from the beginning when they opened. Both my kids went there, and I never had an issue getting tax receipts from them. I would suggest just keep asking them for it. I don't see any reason for them to cheat you. It's NOT in their interest to do that.
That seems odd. You can also print one off yourself from Revenu Quebec and give it to them to fill out while you wait.
