I quit my job October 13, started advertising for my dayhome October 15th, had three full timers by November 1st, and I am now completely full, with a wait list!

Poopy diapers don't really bother me!
Everyone poops.... I also don't think its a huge deal that he's four and still poops in his pull up. Is it all the time, or was it a slip up? Does it happen...

I have two one year olds, and 2 two year olds, and one three year old.
My one year olds both nap from 9:30 - 11:30, and again from 2:30-3:30. My toddlers nap from 12:30 - 2:30. I dont get any alone...

I as well take two weeks off in Summer, paid. All stats paid. The week from the 23rd -January 2nd off paid. And all sick days are paid, not prorated.

My only exception to that is my drop in day...

I don't think stating she offers "quality care" is claiming anything that isn't a regular standard of what we do. No one is going to say they offer "less then adequate" care!
