Please don't name specific providers. I completely understand why you might want to do so, but we want to keep these forums positive and welcoming, not critical (however much they might deserve it!)....

Make sure you fully communicate to his parents just how miserable and cranky he gets without a nap. Also, maybe try and find out why they are so insistent on cutting out his nap....
How do you find the other children react when one of their little pals leaves daycare? Does it feel like there's a hole there? How are newcomers welcomed?
