    Licensed vs Unlicensed and Insurance

I am currently in the process of opening an unlicensed daycare in Ontario. I am having issues finding an insurance company that will insure me for more than 5 kids without any being my kids under the age of 10. Doesn't matter if licensed or not.
I have a 1,6 and 7 year old and have been told they count even if are in school or not. Is there any insurance companies that insure for 5 kids including your own under 4?
