It depend on different factors:
- how many kids are in your care (your not always going to be full).
- how any crafts you do, and the kinds of crafts
- will you hire some one to come in and do a music program
- how you claim your food (buy seperate from family, or claim a % of what you bought, claim a $ amount per scheduled day/child/meal
- what % of your utitilies you will claim, tv, phone etc.
- what % of your morage/rent and insurance you will claim.
- if you need supplies/equipment that month
- if you are paying for advertising that month
- etc.

there are so many different factors. I don't break it down per month, I do per year as that is what is needed for taxes.
