Teething can cause this and a good soak in a bath with baking soad would make it way better. Tell the parents to give frequent baths and let them sit to the air for 1/2 to an hour after. It is not fun to see but can happen for some little ones more often that others. Just change those ones more frequently. Wipes can kill so i would use cloth with only water, when the rashes are really bad.
