    No way in HELL. If that is their first concern then that is a big red flag to me. One, it says right off the bat they don't ever intend to trust you. And two, it says they have the potential to sue you over any little thing.

    I don't like people like this. What they are really doing is passively aggressively bullying you with the fear that they "will sue you if needed so you better take good care of my kid".

    Nope, nadda, NEXT!
