Welcome to the forum and this is a difficult business but so rewarding. You do need a good support system though which is why the forums are so helpful. Nobody in our lives wants to hear about our problems with other people's kids but we certainly understand each other and why we stay in the business. My first year was super difficult but after 4 years I'm really happy to be here doing this for many reasons.
