Opening a day home in New Brunswick?

I am trying to figure out what the ratios and rules are regarding opening a day home in new brunswick, but can't seem to find anything. How many kids are you allowed to have, do you need to be licensed?

I found this site. Not very user friendly, but it does have the guidelines for number and ages of children, etc...

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
