Used or donated toys?

My latest family who just came into care was so upset when I had purchased kitchen toys from the dollar store because I couldn't prove whether or not they had bpa. Oiye.

I think that's sad when the parent has to comment about that! Maybe the parents should be buying our toys for us, and then it be safe!!!! lol
