She probably only went to satisfy your client/her friend who raved and recommended you. She was probably only wanting center care anyway. Like you said, every interview has resulted in a client so as the line goes.....it's not you, it's her. Remember, who you refer is a reflection of you so your client is obviously very happy with you.
