You may want to try double diapering her...would save you a lot of work

Re: "She makes it here at 6:15 every morning which I know is part of the problem. I've started putting her to bed as soon as she gets here, she sleeps till 8:30, has breakfast, my LO goes to sleep at 9:00 then they all have a snack at 10"
Just wondering if you have tried delaying her nap until 8am? This way, you will get a break during the overlap from 9 to 10 while both are napping and not such a gap before afternoon nap.
    Good luck!
I originally (for the 1st 3 weeks) was keeping her up until after breakfast and putting her down around 8-8:30 but she was a disaster because she was so used to sleeping in until 8 but was being woken up at 5:45. So we thought we would try putting her down as soon as she got here. I personally prefer the 8 nap time, it blends well with everyone's routine. She is just so so tired!

I was going to see how whe is Monday and if all the consistency that I have worked so hard for goes out the window an she's a nutcase on Monday then I would terminate BUT it's time change this weekend so she's going to be nuts anyway lol! I can't win...

Try just giving her half the normal amount in the bottle and maybe she will not be so wet when you get her up and also try putting a plastic pant over the diaper to hold any leaks.... Sounds like way too much aggravation if you can fill the spot right away and they are not all like this ... I just started a 9 1/2 month old on feb 21 and she is (mostly) amazing. So maybe it's time to move on.
