Skip the kleenex and put a role of toilet paper in every room you go in with the kids. 3 sheets of 2ply folded over twice is the right size to swipe and just thick enough your fingers don't go through. Lasts a lot longer than tissues for sure and a ton cheaper. As far as softness goes never had an issue and besides you aren't really wiping the nose as much as you are wiping the chin and area between.
