I've never heard this term before! Yes, there are quite a few of them. When I closed my Brampton daycare one of the little ones that was in my care went to a provider that had over 10 kids in her home at once!!! That did not include the after and before school kids.
There is a provider who lives around me that my daycare family tells me that she has 10-15 kids and mix of full time/part time and before and after school kids.
