Not sure either - I think should we be honored 'billgates' has taken the time out of his duties at Microsoft to define what we do for a living in a thread about antibiotic use?
Children construct their own intelligence. The adult must provide activities and context, but most of all must be able to listen. Children need proof that adults believe in them. Their three great desires are to be listened to, to understand, and to demonstrate that they are exactly what we expect."

There has been a huge increase in the amount of ad-spam lately..... grrrr. All these old threads, dredged up with a new post that has little to nothing to do with the original concept or question.
    Frustrating.

Is there somebody who controls this sort of thing on the site usually? I guess I need to recognize which ones are ad-spam because I'm not very computer savvy and it throws me off.

    Too funny Reggio!

I have "reported" a few that were blatantly spam.
But other than that, I don't know.... I think a tip off is when there are a bunch of links at the bottom of the post. Other than a daycare website, I mean. Or when, the post just doesn't "make sense" to the actual conversation.
