    Yes, for the past 4 years. I opened my daycare when one of my daughters was in a bad situation because she had a space with a home daycare all lined up and that provider called her and said, oh sorry I gave your space away and can't save it for the next 3 months as promised. I was holding my baby grandson at the time and it was like lightning struck me! I had been working at a medical lab for the past 10 years and was so miserable. I'm extremely happy now that I opened a home daycare and I've learned so much and become very successful and love being self-employed. My grandson is off to JK now and I'm still enjoying this career choice.
