I thought to share as my friends and daycare families all don`t have escape plans and or practice it with their kids...having it present in the playroom is something I feel is important and not given enough time with families.

We have one of these with all the exit plans on it and I do monthly emergency drills with the kids so they know where to go and what to do in an emergency - practice makes perfect and helps you realize that something you have in a written plan might not be practical when implemented...I am always tweaking mine a bit each year as new kids pose new observations
Children construct their own intelligence. The adult must provide activities and context, but most of all must be able to listen. Children need proof that adults believe in them. Their three great desires are to be listened to, to understand, and to demonstrate that they are exactly what we expect."

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
