Will they know that schedule in advance?? I sure hope so, for your sake!
If they do, I would figure it out based on the different scenarios. IE: for just before or just after, it's X amount, for a full day it's X amount, and so on.
Then calculate it out for the next month, 2 weeks, whatever and get them to pay in advance.
