Somebody mentioned this on another board and I said the same thing there I am saying here. You can't be mad at your clients for missing our special day when WE didn't even know about it! However, I'm thinking of adding it under 'Important Dates' on my quarterly newsletter next year. Yeah, I'm gutsy like that.
