So, just in case anyone is following this. All three children broke out in a minor rash 2 days after the one day fever dropped. It didn't blister and wasn't itchy, there was very little aggrevation to the kids. I think it must be out of the house now (knock on wood) as all the little ones are clearing up and none of the big ones have gotten it.
