Yes - prudent reminder for sure .... I do not use 'pools' for this reason and stick to sprinklers and spray bottles ... and I keep my sensory bins which are only 3 inches deep anyway at 'standing' level on a table so that you cannot fall 'into' it cause it is armpit level for them and any buckets of water in the yard are 'kid size pails' so they cannot fall into them.
