Luckily my client base all seems to be more of the "crunchy granola" type like me and have left cloth swim diapers here for me to use whenever I need them. They're the same thing I use for my son and *if* someone doesn't happen to have one, I have several in assorted sizes he's grown out of. I would just pop one of those on the child who didn't have.

However if they hadn't left me cloth diapers I would expect the parents to provide regular swim diapers. In my contract is states that diapers and wipes are to be supplied by the parent as well as anything on the "seasonal supply list" I send home. One of these clauses would be certian to cover swim diapers.
