It is a PDF document that you can download and/or print out. Some of the info will have Ottawa info on it but most is Ontario wide.

I notice that you are from London. When I lived in London there was a really good support group that held monthly meetings. Mind you that was 10 years ago (1994-2000). I lived in Westmount area.
