Your experiences with unlicensed home daycare providers?

Hi, I am a journalist with CBC. I am interested to hear people's stories about unlicensed home daycare providers. If you have had concerns/problems about your provider or a particularly good experience I would love to hear from you.

Send me an email summarizing your story, annie.burns-pieper@cbc.ca

    Thanks!
    Annie

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
