I have perfected my contract over the past 4 years and love it because it pertains to me and is worded simply. I think that people have a better chance of remembering the rules if there aren't too many and if they are worded in plain language. Of course, you would have to change it to your tastes and your situation and to the way you want to run your daycare but it could give you some good ideas.
